For Residential Astro Pay TV customers: Yes, you are allowed to change your package to the one that best suits your entertainment needs. You may make the following pack changes:
- Pack upgrades
- Movement within Entertainment, Movies or Sports (e.g., switching from Sports to Entertainment)
- Movement within Premium pack (to a different combination of content)
For these changes, you will remain on same contract duration, or you can choose to change to longer commitment. If you downgrade your packs, you will be charged a cancellation fee for pack, and you can then choose a new contract for the new pack. Kindly note additional contract details for Disney+ Hotstar and Netflix.
