How do I delete my Astro ID?

Kindly note that deletion of your Astro ID is permanent. Once deleted, you will be logged out of all associated Astro apps & services, including partner apps that uses the same Astro ID.

Should you wish to delete your Astro ID, you can fill out the feedback form here. Choose the feedback type as “Account/Subscription”, then choose “I have an enquiry on Astro ID deletion” and fill up the necessary details. An Astro representative will get back to you within 3 business days for security verification purposes.

Harap maklum bahawa pemadaman Astro ID adalah kekal. Selepas dipadam, anda akan di log keluar dari semua aplikasi dan servis Astro, termasuk semua aplikasi yang menggunakan Astro ID.
