a. Switch bill format online at https://www.astro.com.my/ebilling OR log in to portal at Astro Self-Service Portal.
i. Login with your email/ mobile number and password.
ii. Select "Personal Info & Auto-Debit" from the side menu. Go to "Billing Information" and click "Change" for Bill Delivery Method.
iii. Select "Email (FREE)" or “SMS (FREE)” and click "Proceed"
b. Visit us at our Customer Service Centres.
