On your remote, press the “HOME” button and the home menu will be displayed at the bottom of your screen.
Navigate to SETTINGS and press “OK”.
Navigate to STB DIAGNOSTICS and press “OK”.
Select the “Network” tab in the STB Diagnostics page.
Please ensure the Tunes service multicast status is Multicast Up.
If the status is Multicast is Not Available, please reboot your box and router before verifying this status.
