Ultra Box with Contract:
Astro customers are entitled to a two (2) years manufacturer warranty and Installation warranty. During this period, after-sales service is free of charge. However, when your warranty period is over, all after-sales service is subject to a minimal service charge starting from RM65 inclusive of6% Service Tax.
Other Decoders/Ultra Box Without contract:
Astro customers are entitled to a one (1) year manufacturer warranty and (6) months Installation warranty. During this period, after-sales service is free of charge. However, when your Installation warranty period is over, all after-sales service is subject to a minimal service charge starting fromRM65 inclusive of 6% service tax.
