For customers with the Ultra or Ulti Box, you are required to return only the Astro box along with the Smart/SIM Card. There  is no requirement to return the remote control, power cables or satellite  dish/outdoor unit (ODU).

For customers on other Boxes, you are required to discard them (and their accompanying devices such as the Smart/SIM Card) only at registered collection centers for proper handling and management of e-waste in an environmentally sound manner. Click here to find a registered collection center near you.
