Why am I being charged a fee as I’m installing it on my own?

Kenapa saya dikenakan caj bayaran sedangkan saya memasangnya sendiri?

The fee is a one-time activation fee that will be charged when you subscribe to the Plug & Play Box.

Caj ini ialah caj pengaktifan satu  kali yang dikenakan apabila anda melanggan ke Plug & Play Box.
