Will I lose my Cloud recordings when I subscribe to the new packs?

Adakah saya akan kehilangan rakaman Cloud sekiranya saya melanggan pek baharu?

The new packs come with 200 hours of Cloud recording by default. If your current recordings exceed 200 hours, the system will delete the exceeded hours once your package has been changed, starting with the oldest recordings first.  

If you would like to retain the previous recordings which exceed 200 hours, you may opt for a selection of 400 or 1500 Cloud Recording hours at a chargeable rate of RM12 or RM15 per month (excl. govt tax) respectively.

Pek baharu disertakan dengan 200 jam rakaman Cloud secara amnya. Jika rakaman semasa anda melebihi 200 jam,  sistem akan memadamkan lebihan jam sebaik sahaja pakej anda diubah, bermula  dengan rakaman paling lama dahulu.

Jika anda ingin mengekalkan rakaman sebelumnya yang melebihi 200  jam, anda boleh memilih pilihan 400 atau 1500 jam Rakaman Cloud pada kadar bercaj RM12 atau RM15 setiap bulan (tidak termasuk  cukai kerajaan) masing-masing.
